285 - Jesus and Beelzebul

Kathleen's thoughts

Matthew 11: 16-30, 12: 22-45
Luke 11: 20-24 7: 36-50, 8: 1-3
Mark 3: 20-30

Jesus condemns wickedness Look a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners! Yet wisdom is vindicated by all her children.

The unbelieving towns
Invitation to rest At the time Jesus said, I praise You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hidden these things from the wise and learned and revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, Because this was Your good pleasure. All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal Him.
Come to Me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. All of you, take up My yoke and learn from Me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for yourselves. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

Jesus at Simon's home She brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil and stood behind Him at His feet, weeping, and began to wash His feet with her tears, She wiped His feet with the hair of her head, kissing them and anointing them with the fragrant oil.
Therefore I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven; that's why she loved much, But the one who is forgiven little, loves little. Then Her said to her, Your sins are forgiven.

The women who accompanied Jesus
Jesus accused of madness Then He went home, and the crowd gathered again so that they were not even able to eat. When His family heard this, they set out to restrain Him, because they said, "He's out of His mind"

Jesus and Beelzebul Is the ruler of the demons.
Anyone who is not with Me is against Me, and any one who does not gather with Me scatters.

The unpardonable sin Because of this, I tell you, people will be forgiven every sin and blasphemy, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven, Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him, But whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will NOT be forgiven him, either in this age or in the one to come.
Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit, Brood of vipers!
For the mouth speaks from the overflow of the heart.

The folly of seeking a sign. But He answered them, An evil and adulterous generation demands a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.

Therefore, submit to God, But resist the Devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. James 4: 7-8

Blessings
Kathleen.
