- Genesis 49 Jacobs prophecy / blessing of his sons and their families.
- Genesis 50:15-21 These verses are the pinnacle of the story of Joseph. How many could forgive and see His hand in their situation the way Joseph did ? Imagine the blessing that would flow in our lives if we could truly forgive and bless those who intend to harm us ? If only I could practice that sort of deep forgetting forgiveness in the close relationships that I am in ? Oh Lord help me !
Our God is so good. How often when things look bad to our earthly eyes do we lean on our own understanding and ultimately miss His goodness towards us ?
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; Proverbs 3:5
